Die ber\u00fchmtesten Portweinkeller befinden sich im Herzen des historischen Viertels von Vila Nova de Gaia, gegen\u00fcber dem alten Stadtzentrum von Porto, und beherbergen umfangreiche Reserven an holzgereiftem Portwein sowie Vintage-Portweinkeller. Die Keller sind lange, k\u00fchle, dunkle Lagerh\u00e4user, deren dicke Granitw\u00e4nde und hohe Decken dazu beitragen, die Hitze drau\u00dfen zu halten und das ganze Jahr \u00fcber eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Temperatur aufrechtzuerhalten.
