Id\u00e9al pour prendre de superbes photos.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Cette visite nous emm\u00e8nera sur les traces remarquables des cultures anciennes : dolmens et cromlechs. Des vestiges romains et arabes se m\u00ealant aux signes les plus r\u00e9cents du christianisme dont les nombreux ch\u00e2teaux m\u00e9di\u00e9vaux ne sont qu&#039;un exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Nous marcherons le long de vastes champs de bl\u00e9 et de vignes o\u00f9 les couleurs vertes et dor\u00e9es intenses caract\u00e9risent les plaines et o\u00f9, au printemps, les champs se tapissent de millions de fleurs sauvages pour le plaisir des yeux.<\/p>\n<p>On y voit de vastes champs parsem\u00e9s de ch\u00eanes-li\u00e8ges ou d&#039;oliviers avec des troupeaux d&#039;animaux de p\u00e2turage, vaches, moutons, ou parfois cochons profitant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l&#039;ombre des arbres.<\/p>\n<p>Les villages aux maisons blanchies \u00e0 la chaux \u00e9blouissent les yeux.<\/p>\n<p>Les gens ici sont tr\u00e8s fiers de leur h\u00e9ritage et ils pr\u00e9servent les b\u00e2timents anciens ainsi que les pratiques anciennes. Alc\u00e1cer combine un cadre magnifique sur les marges du Rio Sado avec des paysages saisissants et une richesse de vestiges historiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le nom de la ville vient du mauresque al qasr signifiant \u00ab le ch\u00e2teau \u00bb, et le \u00ab sal \u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la production s\u00e9culaire de sel dans cette r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre industrie, typique de la r\u00e9gion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re de l&#039;Alentejo au Portugal, est la production de \u00abl&#039;or blanc d&#039;Alc\u00e1cer\u00bb, les pignons de pin, comme en t\u00e9moignent les vastes d&#039;\u00c9vora, class\u00e9e au patrimoine mondial de l&#039;UNESCO.<\/p>\n<p>Ici, nous trouvons un m\u00e9lange intrigant d&#039;architecture de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9poques datant d&#039;avant l&#039;\u00e9poque romaine et de charmantes rues pleines de nombreux caf\u00e9s et restaurants attrayants servant une cuisine locale de l&#039;Alentejan.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la campagne environnante, les
